All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and professional. They were thorough and listened to what I wanted but also told me the truth and showed me as they explained in layman's terms. Definitely would recommend to everyone.

If I could, it would be none. Worst dental mill I have ever been to. I made an appointment to gee a teeth cleaning. Appointment was at 2:00 p.m. I waited until 2:30 before getting xrays. I have never had over 10+ xrays taken. I told the xray, that she was doing double pictures. Finally I got into a room. She takes my blood pressure. I have never..... I sat in that room for an hour before I complained to a passerby. Then the dentist came in. He gave me some story regarding my old fillings needing to be replaced and then some why my tooth was sensitive. He then measured a couple gum pockets, said they were fine and again I told him, I just came in for a teeth cleaning. He told the aide to send in the hygienist and she would do a complete measurement of the pockets before determining the type of cleaning. 30 minutes later, I again flagged down a passerby in the hallway and complained. 10 minutes later a lady came and asked me to come to her office for a consultation. She proceeds to tell me that the hygienist recommends a dead scaling. I asked her and how did she come to this conclusion when the dentist said she would exam me. First time here, and I absolutely loved my experience from start to finish! The front desk made check-in quick and easy, and everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and welcoming. The gentleman who completed my scans, the dental hygienist and her student, and the doctor were all excellent. The doctor was straightforward and made the appointment feel comfortable. Before I left, I got to meet the lovely office manager! She had great conversation & explained my billing clearly and answered all of my questions. Overall, the entire team made me feel valued, and I couldn't have asked for a better first visit. I'll definitely be back!

Aspen Dental is AWESOME!! My 1st visit was very impressive! Everyone was very professional, cordial, pleasant, and sympathetic. They reviewed my x-rays with me, explaining everything, and my upcoming procedure.

Today I went to AspenDental in Newport News VA. I saw Dr. Suh , Doctor was so pleasant so down to earth so knowledgeable he had to took over close to 30 minutes to sit and talk with me and go over what I need it, He took the time to listen to my concerns that I had with my teeth. It wouldn’t needed to be done and he gave me his expert opinion ex extremely extremely professional kind a lovely demeanor. I walked out with confidence that my teeth will be fixed. I will be going back next week to have procedures started to get my smile back in the office manager, Ginger Vicarel extremely kind person I felt like I was talking to my best friend. This is truly a wonderful dentist office with a group of down-to-earth people. Everyone was just so pleasant and so friendly. The Customer Service is definitely 100% the Customer Service to me is really key and dealing with services if you’re looking for a good dentist, this is definitely a place to be.Thank you Dr.Suh and Gina Vicarel.
